Please note that all Cheer FX Vacation Care are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once you have registered and secured your spot in the clinic, we are unable to provide refunds or allow for exchanges to alternative dates or events.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to potential scheduling conflicts or changes in plans. However, due to the limited availability of spots, the preparation required for each participant and pre arranged staffing we are unable to accommodate refund requests or changes in attendance.
