Cheer Programs

Cheerleading teams do not cheer for other sports teams.... They are the TEAM!!!

Cheerleading is a competition or recreational sport that involves females and males learning new skills including stunting, pyramids, group tumbling, jumping and dance.

ALL STAR Cheer

(Fully Competitive All Star Cheerleading)

Cheerleading is a competition sport that involves athletes performing a 2 minute & 30 second routine composed of stunting, pyramids, group tumbling, jumping and a dance break. This routine is performed and scored against other competitive teams at various local, regional, national, and worldwide competitions.

The athletes are not only trained to get their bodies to peak physical fitness but also learn the important “life lesson’s” of respect, dedication, self-confidence, commitment, sportsmanship and most importantly, teamwork.

All Star cheerleading teams differ from other teams by training year-round for competitions. They also differ from most other sports in that every team member is vital to the team and the performance. Everybody has an integral part! Each member of the team is trained in all aspects of the sport in order to develop their skills to reach their maximum potential. Cheerleading builds incredible athletes but more importantly, makes great people!

Cheer SPORT

WHY Cheer SPORT

Cheer SPORT is a safe environment where athletes learn to experience challenge, celebrate mistakes as learning opportunities and to always find their small wins. Working towards the goal of performing a clean routine in a competition setting with a team fosters confidence and connections. While we work hard and praise effort we are careful to encourage a balance between learning to be a competitor and keeping it FUN!

WHAT is Cheer SPORT

Please note all our classes and teams are closed sessions & there is no parent viewing area. We have a wonderful reception area to wait in or you are welcome to drop off and go. On the first lesson parents will be taken into the gym, shown around & the Cheer FX process explained. We have parent showings usually at the end of the term or when a new skill is learnt around 10-15mins before class ends. Cheerleading and Tumbling requires a lot of concentration and focus on technique and safety. We have found closed sessions are the most efficient way for athletes to be completely engaged in what they are learning.
